Returns

Return Information:

  • We accept returns for refunds postmarked within 21 days from the date you placed your order. 
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on the item it must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Gift Cards, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

To make a return:

  • Please email us at customerservice@landryhomedecor.com to let us know a return is being sent back and include your order number in the email.
  • We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Landry Home Decor is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.

Please note, we do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement
